"We" are a few classmates who are excited about getting together! I (Jennifer Hawkins) run the site. Then there are many people helping me along the way and I know this list will grow. If you'd like to help in any way, please let me know. Finding over 200 people after 15 years is no small feat.
There are many people helping me to get the site out to everyone we possibly can before we start hunting people down in the phonebook. We're just asking everyone to pass the site on to anyone who either graduated with us or know someone who did. So far, I've Googled some of you. I've emailed some of your Moms, Dads, sisters and brothers. I apologize for stalking people. It feels weird, but it's for a good cause, right?
There seems to be a good buzz about the site for now, but if interest slows down, I might need some help to locate people. If you're interesting in helping to find some of our classmates, please contact me. If anyone uses IM, my screen name is bigonbnl on just about all the IM services.
I'm trying to help out the class officers with this since there was little to no interest in 1996 for a reunion. I know they put a lot of work into it and then had nothing to show for it. Let's all pitch in and do the leg work so that we can easily have reunions in the future.
I own this site, I paid for it, I designed it. Still, the cost of this site is a fraction of what it costs to join Reunion.com or Classmates.com. I would like to eventually run a few ads in the local papers to reach people who none of us keep in touch with. At that time, I might beg for a couple of bucks per person. This site will always be free.
Please feel free to link the site anywhere you get the chance. Each link ranks us a little higher with search engines and will make us easier to find.
